RepkaMazin was formed with the express purpose of providing individualized and flexible representation to clients involved in civil litigation matters.  The Firm currently provides professional services to individuals, public and private corporations, and non-profit entities, in various types of procedural and substantive litigation.  Those entities include a wide range of public and private clients that vary in size and sophistication, from the initiation of organizations to established entities seeking expansive growth.

 

Although the Firm acknowledges that each client’s needs, preferences, and goals are different, our foundation of client representation is based on a three-step approach.  First, we aim to understand the client, as well as all of the unique needs and circumstances that may accompany that client, which may impact on representation.  Next, we work with the client to ascertain the desired outcomes of the representation to ensure we are working in concert to achieve the best possible outcome within legal and ethical parameters.  Lastly, we seek to provide focused, flexible, and individualized counsel and representation, in order to provide innovative and creative solutions to the issues presented.
