APPELLATE PRACTICE

Appellate Practice can be a time-consuming and cumbersome process if you are unfamiliar with the Court rules, practices, and procedures.  As two former judicial clerks on the Commonwealth Court with a combined seventeen (17) years of experience from a judicial perspective, and another eighteen (18) years of representing clients from an advocate perspective, RepkaMazin is extremely well versed in the processes needed to present the issues and arguments necessary for success.

The Firm has represented individuals, entities, and assisted other law firms on an appellate level in the submission of briefs and participated in oral argument before the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the Federal District Courts, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
