COURT ADMISSIONS
Before an attorney can appear in front of a Court, all Courts require that the attorney be admitted to that particular Court. The admission process requires that the attorney be sponsored by another attorney that is currently admitted to practice before that Court and a review of the credentials of the attorney seeking admission. Ensuring your attorney can competently handle your representation and that the attorney can continue to represent you if an issue, or the entire matter, matriculates to a different or higher Court, is vital. As RepkaMazin provides comprehensive representation, the attorneys at RepkaMazin are admitted to practice before the following Courts:
-
Pennsylvania Supreme Court and all County Courts of Common Pleas;
